Central Florida Vein & Vascular Center is Hiring a Front Desk Medical Receptionist Near Lady Lake, FL

Central Florida Vein & Vascular Center is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team.

Since 1993, our experienced team of Board Certified Fellowship Trained Vascular Surgeons is providing patients of all ages with the most advanced, minimally invasive treatments for varicose veins, spider veins, leg pain, leg wounds and swelling, as well as many other painful and unsightly conditions caused from the effects of a venous insufficiency. Central Florida Vein and Vascular Center offers convenience with safe, minimally invasive procedures conducted through an outpatient, office-based setting, followed by a shortened recovery period.

We are a patient centered, boutique practice with 3 office locations: Ocoee, Kissimmee and The Villages. Patient satisfaction is the cornerstone of our practice achieved through personal attention to our patient needs. The care we provide is very personalized and as such an affable personality and positive attitude are essential for the successful applicant. The selected applicant would be responsible for all front desk duties. Knowledge of Greenway Intergy program is preferred, however training would be provided as long as requirements are met.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls

· Check in/ out

· Scheduling

· Collecting Copays

· Handle incoming referrals

· Maintain pt’s demographic and insurance information up to date

· Make sure all patients have referrals (requests and follow up)

· Check insurance benefits for all scheduled patients

· Sort faxes as they come in

· Scan documents into patients charts

· Fax office visit notes to referring providers

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a rich benefits package is provided. This is a Full Time position, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
