Duties
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques and modalities
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient recordsDuties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in helping patients maximize potential in skills learned in school or at home, and become confident, competent, and successful in both childhood and adulthood
• Manage physical, cognitive, emotional and behavioral functioning of patients
• Develop treatment programs that create a therapeutic relationship between therapist and patient
• Assist in evaluating, treating, and documenting patient problems and progress toward goals
• Providing educational information about injury prevention, ergonomics and ways to promote physical health.
• Consulting and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Attend department meetings and interdisciplinary conferences
• Document treatment progress and report to lead
• Knowledge of rehabilitation of patients with disabilities
• Ability to assess patients’ functional abilities
• Ability to manage and supervise therapy staff
• Experience in planning and organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage patients with different personalities.
• Compassionate and attentive to detail.

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques and interventions
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care
