Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Director to join our organization. The Youth Director will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs and activities for youth, providing mentorship and support, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities for youth, including educational workshops, recreational events, and community service projects
- Provide mentorship and guidance to youth, offering support and encouragement
- Organize and lead group discussions, workshops, and team-building exercises
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute special events, such as retreats or conferences
- Assist in fundraising efforts to support youth programs
- Coordinate volunteer opportunities for youth to engage in community service initiatives
- Offer bereavement support to youth who have experienced loss or grief
- Provide Christian counseling to youth who may be facing personal challenges or crises
- Maintain accurate records of program participation and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children or youth in a professional setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in event planning and coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for working with young people and making a positive impact in their lives
