Key Responsibilities:

• Forge strong relationships with volunteers, members, and stakeholders
• Lead fundraising efforts to support our Annual Campaign goals
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple centers
• Develop and execute strategic plans for growth and community engagement
• Ensure the safety and maintenance of our facilities and equipment
• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence among staff members

Leadership Competencies:

• Engage Community: Be the bridge that connects our organization with the community we serve.
• Philanthropy & Volunteerism: Drive fundraising efforts and increase volunteer involvement.
• Communication & Influence: Inspire others with your vision and articulate our mission effectively.
• Fiscal Management: Manage budgets and resources with precision and accountability.
• Program/Project Management: Lead initiatives that make a tangible difference in people's lives.

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven track record of building strong community relationships
• Experience in fundraising and grant writing preferred
• Budget responsibility of at least $1 million
• Board development and staff supervision experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• YMCA Multi-Team Leader Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 90 days of employment
