We are seeking a disciplined, reliable, knowlegeable and passionate qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for our busy outpatient practice in Rocky Hill, CT (established in 2016) to work with a team of Board Certified in Adult and Geriatric Psychiatrist, a very supportive, knowledgable Psychiatric APRN, an experienced therapist, and 2 very reliable and knowledgeable, hard working office managers.

Your schedule will fill up very quickly after you join the practice as we get multiple new patient's referral every day.

We also have couple of nursing homes/ ALF where we consult and many residents require psychiatric care.

Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to manage behavioral health conditions and coordinate health care for the patient in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care. CCBH, LLC provides ongoing collaboration with a board certified Adult and Geriatric Psychiatrist and Psych APRN.

CCBH provides medication management services in outpatient, SNF homes and ALF.

Type: Fee For Service (FFS) position. You are paid a competitive percentage of all patients seen. Pay based on working with clients and Full time 40 hrs a week, 52 weeks a year could easily generate annual income of 150 K to over 175 K.

We offer: Flexible hours. Competitive pay based on education and experience. CCBH, LLC also provides MD collaboration, scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and other non clinical work at no cost to provider. We offer $500 for full time Prescribers towards health, vision, dental insurance.

Ideal Candidate: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who can provide services between 20 - 40 hours per week. Professional, good judgement, excellent writing skills, and reliability are a must. Part-time will be considered.

Responsibilities: As a clinician, the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plans, and evaluation of patients status.

Requirements: MSN required. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current CT APRN license (or eligible). Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
