Who we are looking for:
- Compassionate individual to assist patients on their journey to beautiful smiles
- Previous customer service or sales experience a plus
- Skills learned as coffee barista or fine dining food server are easily transferable
- Enthusiastic team player
- Bi-lingual (Spanish)
- Excellent and compassionate communication skills
- Previous experience in orthodontics is a big plus.
- Efficient multi-tasker
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills to manage patient flow
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Working as part of a team to provide an excellent patient experience.
- Taking new patient records
- Providing assistance to Chair Side team
- Sterilization of instruments
