Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurants or coffee shops, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the shop's operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service
- Ensure high standards of food safety and quality control are maintained
- Supervise and train staff in food handling, cash handling, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain stock levels and quality ingredients
- Create and implement strategies to enhance shop efficiency and profitability

Requirements:
