Central Coast Foot Clinics is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill a Full Time Front Desk/Reception Position .

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, schedule and check out patients
• Collect copay's and payments on account
• Insurance verification's and authorizations
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing

Required Skills

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• High school degree
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
