Duties:Full-time (40 hours/week) opportunity located in Butler County working with a very supportive team. Primary focus of this position is reducing/eliminating barriers to employment and supporting clients’ pursuit in the dignity of work. Clinical duties include completing SUD/MH diagnostic assessments and accompanying documentation, formulating treatment plans, providing comprehensive recommendations and participation in case-staffing, as well as working collaboratively with all involved in the client’s care. Administrative duties include entering records in EHR, and communicating regularly with referral source and providers regarding client’s follow through, assessment outcome, etc.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work and Ohio licensure required. Independent licensure is preferred. Experience assessing persons with a co-occurring mental health and substance use/abuse disorder(s), as well as trauma informed. Experience with electronic health records preferred.
