Central City Concern is an innovative nonprofit agency providing comprehensive services to single adults and families in the Portland metro area who are impacted by homelessness, poverty and addictions. Cedar Commons is a 60-room community located in SE Portland which serves as a permanent housing site for people experiencing homelessness or at risk for homelessness. 30 of the units are designated for residents identified with a disability. 10 of the units are designated for residents who have significant mental health needs.
The Cedar Commons Services Team Program Supervisor is responsible for supervising Supportive Housing staff at this facility and ensuring integration of services between supportive housing and clinical staff. The supervisor will also provide oversight of the day to day operations of the site and ensures a smooth flow of all work processes.
