Central City BBQ seeks rock star bbq trimmer as well as assisting in the Pit Room and loading the smoker in the evening

Must be skilled in:
- Butcher/Trimming
- Waste and Cost Controls

Part Time Available
Hours of Operation (NO LATE NIGHTS)
Monday thru Friday early evening for about 3-4 hours a night
Off Street Gated Parking
