We need to hire Service Advisors / Writers to guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule service appointments and more. • 
  Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule service appointments and more.
• Greet customers and offer additional services and special promotions
• Follow vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work, review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain high CSI
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 
  Automotive Service Advisor / Writer experience is preferred
• Non-dealership Service Advisors / Writers should apply
• Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable and a self-starter
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
