Job Overview:
An Administrative Case Manager provides services that are designed to promote the empowerment, recovery, and community integration of adults with behavioral health challenges. Using a person-centered approach, the Administrative Case manager helps the individual navigate across systems, gain access to behavioral health services, assist with the completion of forms and applications, and presenting additional referrals based on the specific needs addressed.
