Job Description

Management of branch operations, teller operations, procedures, coin, vault & ATM duties.

The point of contact with customer contacts, issues, and opportunities.

Establishing and meeting retail goals for employees and branch.

Providing a training environment for employees to develop and grow.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills and abilities

Five years of progressive banking experience

Strong interpersonal relations with the ability to work with customers and employees in a cooperative manner using excellent verbal, listening and communication skills

Possess good judgement and strong organizational skills

Ability to make decisions in a timely manner, research and solve problems, work independently, handle confidential information and handle multiple tasks

Proven track record of coaching and improving performance in others

Strong analytical skills
