FULL-TIME HOURLY : These employees work from 30 to 40 hours each week and are paid on an hourly basis. They are eligible for the same benefits as salaried employees and paid time off is paid at 8 hours per day.
JOB SUMMARY :
Provides exceptional customer service to clients, and assists them with all aspects of auto, homeowners and other personal insurance products.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Quotes and issues all lines of personal insurance in compliance with insurance providers’ requirements.
2. Services existing clients by implementing changes to existing policies.
3. Provides evidence of coverage for newly purchased vehicles and for closing of homes.
4. Contacts insurance companies on new claims. Collaborates with claims adjustors on existing claims. Acts as mediator between clients and companies.
Documents all claim information & payments into customer file.
5. Documents incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis.
6. Uploads customer payments upon receipt.
7. Transacts agency bill policies in system; sends documentation to financial planning.
8. Tracks referrals from bank employees and those eligible for incentives; and documents progress in EnAct.
9. Documents all phone calls and daily work in activities for specific client.
10. Works on expiration reports making sure policies are issued by the companies.
11. Receives e-mails from companies and sends to appropriate agent.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
