Director of Retail Operations

Central Bank is seeking to hire a Director of Retail Operations. As a Director of Retail Operations, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and evaluating strategic retail growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of Central Bank's Retail Banking Division.
• Lead all product builds for Retail Banking business line and manage profitability of all products and services.
• Develop, implement, and enhance procedures and systems to improve the effectiveness of retail services.
• Serve as a direct contact/subject matter expert with all processes, procedures and systems pertaining to products/services..
• Oversee all regulatory compliance for the Company's Retail Banking business line.
• Provide oversight and guidance to all individual market's operations.
• Manage multiple vendors relationships.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or other applicable fields.
• 5 years or more experience in banking retail operations.
• An experienced leader with experience managing a team in the banking industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude with problem solving skills for various situations in a complex/fast-paced work environment
• An energetic, forward-thinking, creative individual with an overwhelming desire to offer superior customer service experiences.
• A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, dependable judgment with strong operational focus.
• A well organized, self-directed team player.

This position can work for any Central Bank location within the Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, or Illinois footprint.
