We are now accepting applications for a Full-Time Branch Manager in Maumelle, Arkansas.
The successful candidate for this position will manage and oversee all areas of the branch’s operations, while fostering a positive environment and being committed to the success of the branch and its associates. The successful candidate will acquire new customers by calling on existing and / or prospective clients to build new business, produce growth in business income by selling products and services, develop relationships with referral sources, identify and capitalize on business opportunities, and will be active in the local community.
This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who are excited to collaborate and provide superior customer service by helping to grow and service the Maumelle market with a dynamic team.
Skills and Abilities
Candidates must possess at a minimum:
A Bachelor’s degree in business or a business-related field is preferred, but not required.
Candidate must be available to work occasional evening and/or weekend hours to attend community events to promote the bank.
