Job Description
$3,500 hiring bonus*
$5,000 relocation assistance bonus for those who qualify

• Full-time, benefit eligible
• 60-72 hours every two weeks
• 12-hour overnight shift (7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.)
• Includes every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) plus holiday rotation.

SUMMARY
Responsible for completing a focused functional health assessment, including physical, psychological, cultural, and social components, to diagnose patient problems, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team through Relationship-Based Care, to support a healthy work environment and ensure a culture of safety.
EDUCATION

• Graduate from a nursing program required; Bachelors or Masters in Nursing preferred.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be obtained within three years of hire.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing and American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric - Mental Health Certification preferred.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and on-going training required and provided.

Hiring bonus requirements: To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance bonus requirements : Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it. CentraCare hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time.
