As an LPN, you will assume responsibilities for direct nursing care of assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician in assigned areas including medical/surgical, OB and ER according to established standards and practices. You will provide nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the scope of the LPN as defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.

To succeed in this position, you must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with patient and /or patient families, personnel, medical staff and general public. 

Position Details: 

• Full-time position 
• 72 hours every two weeks 
• Rotating day/night shifts 
• Every third weekend and rotating holidays

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Minnesota LPN license 
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card 

Hiring bonus will only be awarded in cases where the applicant is external and has not worked for CentraCare for at least the past nine months. You must be hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position.

Relocation assistance will only be awarded in cases where the applicant is external and has not worked for CentraCare for at least the past nine months and is hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position. You must currently reside more than 50 miles from the Sauk Centre Hospital and must move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment.
