72-80 hours every 2 weeks | Monday-Friday, every 12th weekend | 8 hour shifts between 7AM-7:30PM.

Our Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist position is a support position in the laboratory setting. Students, individuals with patient care background and others with some lab experience would be a great match for this role!
What you'll do:

• Collect blood samples from the patient
• Create an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients
• Perform low complexity testing and culture set-up

What you'll have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prefer graduate from or in the process of pursing a phlebotomy certificate from an accredited laboratory program or medical -related program
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills
• Personal transportation may be required for off campus laboratory related activities
