JOB SUMMARY :

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in an assigned area as specified by a work schedule. This will be accomplished by utilization of a seven-step cleaning procedure.

Housekeeper has daily direct contact with patients, and must have a good diplomacy with patients, visitors, and hospital staff.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING :

• High school preferred; must be able to read and write English.
• Must have basic math knowledge and able to follow instructions.
• Will be trained on the job.

EXPERIENCE :

Previous experience helpful but not required.

This is a Union position, and you will be required to join the AFSCME 3296 Union within 30 days from start.
