JOB SUMMARY:
Trains, manages, and assesses the quality of the work activities of all environmental services personnel to insure safe, clean, orderly and attractive conditions across the entire hospital. Provides leadership to assure patient areas are safe and comfortable. Work may focus on patient services and discharges, patient shift areas and projects, patient services, public area/floor projects, and/or discharges and patient services. Supports and implements training for the environmental services department for patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:

• The main working hours for this role will be 1pm to 9:30pm weekdays. Weekends will only be as needed.
• Our pay structure would start no less than $21/hour but will increase based on the supervisory experience you have.
• Shift Differentials are available after 3pm ( $1/hour) and if you are asked to help out on a weekend ( $1.05/hour).
• You will be working based out of the CentraCare Plaza adjacent to State Hwy 15.
  • Your areas of supervision may also include our other 10 clinics in the St. Cloud area such as Northway, Midsota, Southway and others.
• You will need to have your own reliable transportation when asked to visit more than one Clinic on any given shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Three years of experience in operations or one year of supervisory experience
• Management and/or leadership course preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
