In this position, you’ll take calls from CentraCare employees who may be facing safety challenges with a patient or visitor.

You’ll succeed in this role if you remain calm and professional in high stress situations and possess strong communication skills. That includes communication in writing, by phone, on portable radios, face-to-face and any other type of interaction you can think of with another person. Strong listening skills are incredibly important. Additionally, we recommend you can type 40 words per minute or more, considering the sometimes fast-paced nature of this job.
