Full time clinic leadership position | Registered Nurse License required | 80 hours per two weeks, Monday through Friday, daytime hours.

Find your purpose at the CentraCare Willmar Clinic as a Nursing Supervisor, working with a collaborative and encouraging leadership group, supporting direct reports, and contributing to patient-centered operations in specialty care.

Job Summary

• Provides leadership and direction to on-site staff concerning day-to-day operations in clinic. 
• Leads team of RNs, LPNs and CMAs.
• Oversees Specialty Care with approximately 20-25 direct reports. 
• Supported by Manager of Specialty Care and part of a great team of clinic leaders.
• Acts as nursing resource. 
• Performs professional nursing care to patients as needed. 
• Promotes collaborative governance of nursing department.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as RN to practice nursing in the State of Minnesota required.
• 3 years successful nursing practice as a registered nurse required.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required, bachelor's degree (BSN/BAN) preferred.
• Management or charge nurse experience preferred not required.

Additional Qualifications

Good communication, documentation and time management skills. 
Nursing assessment skills as well as procedural skills to include IVs. 
Demonstrates the ability to function and provide direction in stressful situations.
