The Career Navigator plays a crucial role in guiding individuals through their career development journey. This guidance can range from career awareness to career confirmation and overall development at CentraCare. This position is a blend of counseling, coaching and resource navigation to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their career path. You will utilize the knowledge of CentraCare career pathways along with the industry trends and established relationships to support guidance. The Navigator will promote identified pathways along with entry points, pathway progression, and resources available to support individuals. This role will initially focus on the nursing career pathway navigation with the goal of expanding scope to other areas in the future. 

Schedule Details:

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
• Monday – Friday, primarily hours between 7am – 5pm
• Hybrid position, working primarily from home with on-site as needed for meetings, projects, and needs of the organizational goals

Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards):

• Exempt role, pay based on experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, marketing, human resources, or related field required
• At least 3 years of experience in career counseling, workforce development or a related field required
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders 
• Career coaching or career counseling certification preferred
