CentiMark Corporation, the nation's leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level, Commercial Roofing Estimatorto support sales representatives in our Seattle, WA office. This position is paying $55k - $65k, based on experience.

Job Summary:
- Solid experience using blueprint reading software (ie: BlueBeam or equivalent)
- Familiarity with executing the RFP thru bid submittal process
- Ability to estimate the amount of commercial roofing material and labor needed to re-roof from plans and RFP's
- Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in digital estimating
- Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
- General Construction Estimating exp Roofing and/or constructions sales experience
- A Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Experience with commercial roofing: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS but, will train the right individual
- College Degree in Construction Management or similar; preferred
