Centimark Corporation is Hiring a Call Center Supervisor Near Carrollton, TX
- Supervise the outsourced call center as well as to help direct the marketing team onsite
- Drive outbound calling and quality lead generation
- Build Salesforce Campaigns for Telemarketing Team through reports and list views
- Develop ongoing training programs to enhance telemarketing skills, sales skills, product and service knowledge and phone skills
- Collaborate with the Sales and Service Teams to maximize telemarketing efforts and increase lead effectiveness
- Evaluate performance through Salesforce reporting, analyzing data and metrics for continued improvement and achievement of goals
- Coach, performance management and development of telemarketing team
- Recruit, hire, and train Telemarketers to obtain qualified leads for the 16 offices in the Western Group
- Assist with follow up calling for targeted and high-value accounts, tradeshows, and all other marketing efforts
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to generate marketing qualified leads after corporate marketing initiatives
- Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory or management experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com - Preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills in English
- Prior leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
