Job Description:

Our Night Cleaning Team Leaders are charged with ensuring all buildings in your area are completed and team members maintain quality and efficiency in order to provide highest quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Verify team schedules and necessary equipment is in place.
• Review and Communicate scope of work to complete.
• Work alongside cleaners to ensure best practices are maintained.
• Communicate and Correct areas of concern with Team Members
• Inspect buildings to ensure Centex Office Pros standards are met.
• Communicate with management about concerns with labor, materials, or rewards for your team.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a reliable vehicle of your own.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must have a smart phone with app capabilities.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday 30-36 hours

Pay Range: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
