*A day in the life of a CenterWell Cardiology Nurse Practitioner*
* See 12-15 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patients
* Thrive in a value-base care model and improve patient’s quality of life
* See a variety in your caseload, from preventative care to chronic conditions
* Assists in the coordination of patient services, including but not limited to specialty referrals, hospital and SNF coordination, durable medical equipment and home health care
* Acts as a lead and active participant and key source of medical expertise with the care team through daily huddles
* Follows policy and protocol defined by Clinical Leadership
* Assures personal compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
* Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time (charting, meetings, etc.) as it relates to direct patient care
*Your Accomplishments are needed*
* Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program with Board Certification
* Board certified by AANP or ANCC
* Minimum of two to five y ears directly applicable experience preferred
* Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment
* Basic computer skills, familiar with EMR and email
* Current, unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
* Bi-lingual a plus!

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
