We are looking to hire an administrator/director (1), assistant director (3-4), lead teachers (4) and assistant teachers (13), cooks (2-3), drivers (2-4), floaters (6-10), direct support professionals (5), summer counselors (6-8), cooking/music/art teachers (2-3), therapists (4): ABA, occupational, speech, behavioral.
Part-time, full-time, evening & weekend shifts available. Shift differentials. Staff incentives for great attendance and clean inspection reports.
$1,000 sign on bonus after completion of successful 90 days for first 4 individuals that are hired and start May 8-15th.

Tasks:
· Teaching: Manage all aspects of the classroom, including instruction, conduct developmental screenings and assessments, implement curriculum, create lesson plans using Early Learning Standards, parent goals, and children’s interest, document children’s growth and progress in student profiles, actively supervise children and maintain a safe environment.
· Connection: Maintain positive and professional peer to peer relationships with program staff as well as with the program families; promoting childhood center and school activities, partner and meet with families to discuss child’s progress and developmental needs, and provide feedback to administrator regarding assistant teacher performance, etc.
· Professional Growth: Maintain required training hours, use skills to contribute to overall operations, meeting participation making recommendations for program improvement, work with Administrator to write and work toward ongoing goals.
Qualifications:
· A high school diploma or GED required; advanced education/training in child development or related field preferred.
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based tools including social media is helpful.
