Job Description:

Seeking a master's level clinician to provide intensive in-home services to high need child and adolescent clients for our Tullahoma, TN location.

You must live within 50 miles of TullahomaTN to qualify.

Intensive In-Home is a program that provides services 3x a week to youth and their families in their homes, schools, and communities. Intensive In-Home Therapists carry a caseload of approximately 6 clients at a time. Seeking a candidate who is experienced at providing mental health therapy services, teaching parenting skills, crisis intervention, family therapy, DSM-5 diagnoses, and has extensive evidence-based practice training.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

Effectively manage caseloads of approximately six (6) clients at a time
Provide 3 therapy sessions and make 2 collateral contacts per client every week.
Maintain client charts and timely documentation
Attend weekly clinical supervision meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

• This position requires a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, or related field. Prefer candidate to be license eligible in their chosen field.

Successful applicants should have, at a minimum, course work and/or work experience including clinical internships, in the following topics: treatment and treatment planning, appraisal and assessment of mental disorders, psychopathology, and the use of the DSM in assigning a diagnosis.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

This position requires you to work remotely. However, you must reside within 50 miles of Tullahoma, TN

A computer, hot spot, and cell phone will be provided.

This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week. Make your own work schedule with this flexible work hour role! Mileage will be reimbursed at the federally accepted rate.
