Overview: Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local university to recruit three Temporary Telecommunications Support Specialists for their upcoming Microsoft Teams telephone rollout project. Position Summary: The Temporary Telecommunications Support Specialists will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance during the Microsoft Teams telephone rollout project. They will work closely with university staff to troubleshoot and resolve telecommunications issues, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the Microsoft Teams telephone system.
• Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving telecommunications issues.
