Job Description:

Position Summary:

Provide group and individual therapy to promote personal growth and resiliency in the form of emotional, cognitive, behavioral and/or psychological changes in clients with a primary mental health diagnosis and/or substance use diagnoses. Includes continuing assessment of client needs and functioning, maintenance of appropriate documentation, case coordination, and development and implementation of personal growth plans consistent with therapeutic needs.Participate in cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree required
• Clinical License or ability to obtain required
