You’ll provide direct administrative supervision to a case management and Health Link team, conduct monthly chart audits, review documentation, hire and train new staff. SUMMARY OF POSITION The Team Leader will counsel using individual, family, group therapy, life skills or case management. Attends meetings, maintains records and provides consultation. Also maintains productivity and budget requirements. Will supervisor master and bachelor level staff on the team. Acts as a liaison while overseeing all services provided by the team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Supervisory Responsibilities for: Care Coordinator, Rehabilitation Specialist; Family Support Specialist; Visitation Specialist; System of Care Coordinator; Therapist; Wraparound Facilitator Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client. Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies. Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices Meet billable hour productivity standards. Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time. Complete clinical documentation within one business day of the service provided. Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner. Compliance with annual completion of KPI forms for staff. Other Duties and Responsibilities: All other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work required (or BA with supervisory experience). Licensed preferred with experience.
