JOB SUMMARY:Revival Home Health Care, is looking for a Director of Nursing responsible for directing client nursing services provided by the organization and works in collaboration cross functionally with teams throughout the company.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strategic leadership and direction for nursing, ensuring exceptional client services.Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and organizational policies.Maintain adequate staffing with qualified personnel to meet patient needs, standards, and goals.Foster collaboration and professional growth through impactful meetings and team development.Coordinate the Quality Improvement Program for compliance and best practices.Conduct audits, inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies for enhanced care.Address patient concerns and support operations in addressing trends.Perform nursing team functions, including home visits when necessary.Define annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.Occasionally travel for business purposes.Education and Experience:Registered Nurse (RN)2 years of Home Care experience required5 years of supervisory or management experience requiredPhysical Requirements:The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
