We are a private, 501c3 non-profit mental, behavioral, and primary health care provider with locations in Little Rock and Monticello. Our programs address typical concerns that individuals today encounter along with serving specific populations such as socially and emotionally challenged and at-risk youth, runaway youth, foster children and families, victims of human trafficking, and adults suffering from a variety of mental and behavioral challenges.

As the Risk Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Monitor and track Incident Reports and ESIs
• Track performance improvement activities including emergency safety interventions
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for Risk Managment Team, Accreditation Committee, Regulatory Affairs, etc.
• Prepare meeting packets and record meeting minutes
• Participate on Joint Commission Accreditation Committee and maintain SOPs
• Coordinate and track annual Flu Vaccine requirements
• Maintain agency policies and procedures and organizational plans
• Other duties as assigned
