THE POSITION:Touchstone is a short-term, residential treatment program in Lincoln that is run in collaboration between CenterPointe and Houses of Hope. The program uses a holistic, whole-person perspective to address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. This comprehensive approach allows us to meet people where they are, to develop a truly individualized treatment plan for each consumer, and to help program participants to find effective strategies for long-term recovery. The facility is housed on the first floor of CenterPointe's administrative offices and includes 20 beds for adults ages 19 and up.

The Program Director is responsible for the overall clinical supervision of the program, including coordination of admissions/discharges, supervising program staff including counselors and therapists, planning and implementation of therapeutic and rehabilitative activities, and providing direct client services as needed. The Program Director also supervises client evaluations and the development of treatment plans to ensure a comprehensive, person-centered approach. A unique aspect of the Touchstone program is the partnership between CenterPointe and Houses of Hope; working in collaboration with both agencies is key to the success of the program and its clients. 

Successful candidates will demonstrate effective leadership and diplomacy, promptness and flexibility, attention to detail, and excellent clinical skills.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field- At least 21 years of age- Valid LMHP/LIMHP and/or LADC licenses in the State of Nebraska (dual-licensure strongly preferred)- 5 or more years' experience as a professional clinician- 2 or more years' experience supervising personnel - Demonstrated working knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychometric instruments, 12 core functions, CBT, EMDR, and other therapeutic modalities/theories- Demonstrated knowledge of community resources
