PBX Operator must meet all hospital and hospital related communication needs following established guidelines, calls answered promptly and professionally, accurately perform duties requested, maintaining confidentiality.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year in similar capacity or formal PBX training program is preferred
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Pleasing voice and clear dictation
