Job Summary and Qualifications

The Office Coordinator performs administrative functions in support of the management and operations of the department. This includes interactions with staff, outside agencies, vendors, physicians, corporate/division staff as well as departments within the facility. What you will do in this role:

• You will answer the phone and greet visitors.
• You will schedule and coordinate department meetings and events including preparing the agenda and handout packets.
• You will maintain department and/or committee meeting minutes, attendance records and other meeting documents.
• You will submit / approve department invoices and investigate problematic invoices.
• You will keep department and employee files updated and available in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
• You will maintain time and attendance records for the department.
• You will assist with special projects and research.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Associate degree or equivalent. Bachelor degree preferred, Degree in fitness a plus.
• Supervisory experience and experience in related health or fitness preferred
