You will: 

Reporting to the Regional Director, as Regional Director, Clinical Operations, you will lead clinical operations of assigned treatment centers and functions and will be responsible for program operations, development, budgets, personnel, and governing policies and procedures. You will define and execute the clinical direction and vision of our programs to support all identified service lines, as well as ensure continual staff development in state-of-the-art best practices for mental health and our substance for our company's disorder treatment businesses. This is a critical role requiring work of a confidential and sensitive nature, requiring discretion, professionalism, and diplomacy. Your interactions will be internal; you won't work directly with clients.
