Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care and assist in the rehabilitation process. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines in the field of physical therapy

Skills:
- Acute care experience preferred
- Strong patient care skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with hospital procedures
- Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with occupational health practices is a plus

PRN employees will be paid with a range of $45-$50 per visit.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
