Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs, preventative maintenance, painting, and repairs to convenience store properties and car washes located in Allegheny, Beaver, and Fayette counties. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.

Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Perform cleaning activities such as pressure washing, pump cleaning, and exterior cleanliness.
• Perform minor fuel pump repairs, nozzle replacement, filter changes
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, hinges
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues

• Perform minor fixes such as repairing door closers, weather stripping
• Perform minor appliance and equipment repair
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
• Follow Preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC, Water filtration, and fuel filter changes.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation, fuel, register)
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during repairs and asking for additional work that needs completed that was not assigned.
• Perform Car wash maintenance routine and Preventative maintenance schedule
• Report to facilities or maintenance manager for issues

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a relative or other similar position
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic hand tools required
• On-call flexible schedule required
• Experience in a cloud-based mobile software application is preferred, but training will be provided
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record
