The Center for Creative Arts seeks visual arts teaching artists to join our summer camp program. Successful candidates will be passionate about the arts, skilled in visual art instruction for grades K-8 & possess classroom management skills that create warm & accessible spaces for learning. We are looking for people who want to share their passion for the arts while helping us to achieve our mission of transforming, inspiring & enriching the lives of children through art.

CCArts Summer Camp Program will run weekly, Monday-Friday with a morning session for 8:45AM – 11:30AM & an afternoon session from 12:15PM to 3:00PM, June 10th through August 23rd. Teaching artists do not need to be available for the entire summer but once an artist has committed to a weekly session, they must be available for that entire week. Compensation is hourly & the rate will depend on relative experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Teaching artist must be able to sit, walk, stand and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally teaching artists will be required to stoop, kneel or crouch for short periods of time. Occasionally teaching artists will be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
