Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Clinical Director to lead our team in Sugar Land, Texas. As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in the development and oversight of our adolescent mental health treatment program. We are looking for a highly motivated, licensed mental health professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and direction to a team of licensed therapists, counselors, and support staff.

2. Program Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive outpatient mental health treatment program specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of adolescents.

3. Clinical Supervision: Offer clinical supervision and support to staff, ensuring that treatment plans are evidence-based and aligned with best practices in the field of mental health.

4. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance and compliance efforts to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

5. Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

6. Client Care: Participate in the assessment and treatment planning for adolescent clients, offering clinical expertise and guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

- Licensed mental health professional (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist) in the state of Texas.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical leadership roles, with a focus on adolescent mental health treatment.

- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and the ability to implement them effectively.

- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience in program development and management.

- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

- Passion for improving the mental health and well-being of adolescents.
