Our busy medical practice is looking to fill openings for receptionists in our Mount Juliet and Murfreesboro location. You will be responsible for checking patients in, verifying insurance, scheduling/rescheduling patient appointments, relaying patient information to the correct teams, preparing patient charts for the next day, as well as other duties to be assigned. Medical and insurance knowledge is a plus but not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. Our office hours are Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 5pm and Friday 7:30am – 1200pm. You have to be able to travel to both locations as needed.
