JOB TITLE: Golf Cart Transport

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Golf Cart Transport is responsible for transporting patients to and from designated locations on campus using a golf cart. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. They must also have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with passengers.

SUPERVISION REQUIRED: Reports to the Office Manager.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED: None.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Transport patients to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
2. Assist passengers with loading and unloading into vehicle and golf cart.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the golf cart.
4. Conduct regular inspections of the golf cart to ensure it is in good working condition and report any malfunctions to maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
5. Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Golf Cart Transport must have a valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate any vehicle.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.

ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS: Outdoor setting. Possible to be working in heat, cold or rain.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: requires continuous standing, sitting, frequent walking, bending, and stooping. May require lifting 50 to 100 pounds. Exposure to possible Hazardous Materials/conditions and infectious diseases.
