Actively Seeking Dermatology / Cosmetic Medical Assistant to join our team at our busy and growing family owned and operated cosmetic dermatology practice in Upper NW DC near American University.

Seeking experienced dermatology medical assistants or pre-medical / pre-health students seeking clinical experience.

Duties to include : Rooming Patients

Rooming Patients

Obtaining medical or procedural history

Entering Treatment Plans / Rx into EMR during patient visit (EzDerm EMR)

Obtain Informed Consent

Assist in setting up and performing cosmetic / laser / dermatology Procedures

Instrument Cleaning / Sterilization

Patient Education and Followup

Supply Management

Candidate Qualifications

Pre-med / Pre-Health with or without Dermatology Experience

Experienced Medical Assistants with Dermatology and / or Aesthetic Practice Experience

Skills (Preferred)

Basic Knowledge of Dermatology Terminology and EMR Experience Preferred

Hard Working, Reliable, Team Player

Computer / Tablet Literate
