Our Waterbury team is seeking for an experienced Program Manager for our Hospitality center in Waterbury, responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Actively supports the philosophy and mission statement of CHD and who also maintains a
  high level of commitment to program volunteers/student interns.
• The Program Manager oversees the day to day operations of The Hospitality
  Center.
• The Program Manager assures that the center is able to provide the
  homeless people seeking assistance the necessary tools to accomplish their goals.
• The Program Coordinator will maintain a schedule of operations within the center
  including but not limited to hours of operation, use of equipment and supplies as
  well as a schedule of external support providers that may be able to further the
  individuals’ attempts to end their homelessness.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience with the population
• Supervisory experience required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to manage crisis situations, excellent judgment
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Reliable automobile and valid driver’s license required
