Seeking Master's level licensed or license eligible clinician to work with male youth in the Revocation Unit at the Westfield Youth Service Center, a Department of Youth Services (DYS) secure facility. This is an exciting opportunity to gain juvenile justice experience. Strong individual and group clinical supervision provided. Responsibilities include: individual and group therapy, completing intakes, case management, and maintaining contact with appropriate collaterals. Contracted, salaried, full-time position. Evening and weekend hours are required.
Requirements: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field. LCSW, LICSW or LMHC strongly preferred. Experience with individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, substance use, and DBT preferred. Some understanding of the juvenile justice system is encouraged. Ability to work and communicate as a member of a multidisciplinary team desired. Bilingual individuals encouraged to apply.
