Center for Dynamic Healing is an emerging behavioral health center in North Pinellas that offers holistic and integrative therapies for individuals seeking healing and growth. We are currently seeking highly skilled and compassionate part-time psychotherapists to join our team and provide top-notch therapy services to our clients as we grow!
As a psychotherapist on our team, you will work closely with our Clinical Director and other team members to provide holistic and practical therapy to individuals of all ages. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients, including those with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide individual and group therapy using a variety of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, somatic therapy, and others, offering an array of holistic support for clients
- Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes
- Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain strict ethical and professional standards in all aspects of your work
- Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Represent Center for Dynamic Healing in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Engage in ongoing self-care practices to maintain your mental, physical, and emotional well-being
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current state license in counseling, social work, or psychology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with mental health concerns
- Knowledge of and experience with a variety of effective mind/body therapy modalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with electronic health records
- Passion for helping others and promoting holistic health and wellness
- Reliable, accountable, and flexible work ethic
- Willingness to work some evenings and/or weekends to accommodate clients' schedules
